ArchLab – National Infrastructure for Archaeological Science
ArchLab is a distributed research infrastructure for archaeological sciences whose purpose is to develop and complement existing methods for answering archaeological and environmental history questions. By bringing together different scientific disciplines, spread across the country, ArchLab acts as a bridge between researchers and laboratory archaeology. ArchLab is funded by the Swedish Research Council (ref. no. 2023 – 00174) and the participating parties Umeå University (administrating organisation), Lund University, Stockholm University and Uppsala University.
